Moodboard

This is some pictures if me and my groups moodboard that we created. A moodboard is when you stick pictures down on a piece of paper of idea's that you have of something. This will then show a rough picture of what your idea will look like and what things are relevant towards the idea.

On mine and my groups moodboard we show our ideas on the setting of our thriller the costumes and props we are planning to use in it. When we spoke about the setting of our thriller we all decided rather quickly that we wanted to have it in some kind of forest or nature park so we stuck down some pictures of girls in forests similar to the picture in our head were they looked rather scared as this is the picture we wanted to create in our thriller. For costumes we decided to go for the mysterious black effect trying to keep our killer with no identity we wanted to use masks and black hoodies and black gloves to create tension to our audience when watching this.We had ideas of  the props that we would use a weapon to do the killing in our thriller however we knew it was going to be a knife we didn't know what type of knife to use so we decided to put a few different ones in before making up our mind. We also had blood as a prop as we wanted to show our characters dead and this would result in blood to make it believable. Finally our last prop that we showed in this moodboard was a picture of a group of girls with the two characters that the hoodie guy kills being in the picture with them crossed of within the picture we thought this was a great idea as it will show a lot of suspense. Together we thought that our moodboard is very effective and showed a great variety of the plans that we had come up with for our thriller in a very simple but effective way.
